Returns
Striving to provide the best
customer service we can, we are happy to offer a
no-quibble refund or exchange policy on all Postcode
paper and encapsulated maps (except custom made maps).
This refund policy is subject to the following
conditions:

That you notify
Map-Logic at
info@map-logic.co.uk or on 0208
757 8955
within 14 days from receipt of your map.

That you return the map
to Map-Logic undamaged and in the original map tube.
Following receipt of the
returned map we will process a full refund or exchange
for your purchase.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or amend any
order placed with Map-Logic.co.uk, provided that the
order has not yet been despatched. To cancel or amend
your order, please contact us directly at the address
opposite with your order number and we will be happy to
make the necessary changes.
If you wish to cancel the
order after it has been despatched, please follow the
Returns process as described above.

We are unable to offer
returns or refunds on digital data including all
products listed on
http://www.map-logic.co.uk/postcode-lookup-databases.html
due to copyright and licensing restrictions. If you are
in any doubt about the suitability of these products for
your requirements then please contact one of our team on

757 8955 prior to purchase.

Products
For products we offer
which are sold by a third party such as Amazon, please
refer to that companies refunds, cancellation and returns policy
before purchasing.
