Frequently Asked Questions

How Long Do Custom Maps Take To Make?

We obviously aim to have your order with you as soon as possible and it all depends on how busy our production facility is when you place your order. We quote a maximum of 10 working days for delivery of your custom map but we will stay in touch and let you know as soon as your maps are ready for despatch.

Do I pay VAT on custom maps?

Like our standard maps, custom maps are zero rated for VAT purposes.

How Are Maps Sent to me?

We use Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery to despatch all maps. We have found this to be the most reliable service to date.

Can I have maps for use in software applications?

Map-Logic can produce maps in a variety of digital formats including jpg, bmp, gif, png, tif or pdf documents. There are some restrictions on size, level of detail and copyright but let us know what you are looking for and we will do our best to find the best solution for you.

Can I photocopy my map?

All maps are copyrighted and you are not permitted to copy the maps without the express permission of the copyright owner. If you want copies of a map then let us know and we will advise on any potential costs you may need to cover to do this.
