inch) map specifically showing all
UK Counties. Included are all
regional and Unitary
Authority boundaries. Each
County and other boundary has been
carefully colour co-ordinated
against it neighbour, making it easy to
decipher where each boundary type
starts and ends.
The map base shows motorways
and key
primary roads. Greater London
has been included as an insert to
allowing you to better identify its
roads and boundaries.
In
addition, an overlay for cities and
towns show residential populations
(several bands each representing a ranging
from 2,000 to 1,000,000+
inhabitants. For quick
indexing and location, the map
features a smaller UK postal area
boundary map along with an index of
area names. Also, a London insert
map contains boundaries for Boroughs.
To make greater use of map space,
you will find Southern Ireland
County Republic boundaries as well
as populations for each area (most
recent statistical update was 2001). This
map is permanently sandwiched between tough, flexible,
clear plastic sheets, allowing
marker use.
