Digital Maps
Digital maps are used by software systems to display geographic information visually on PC's, websites and mobile devices. Once an expensive tool used by only the wealthiest businesses, computerised mapping has become one of the most popular and useful tools used by businesses and the general public thanks to the development of low cost or free applications such as Google Earth, Google maps, bing maps and so on.
