Description
The AddressBase range of products contain all address records for Great Britain along with highly accurate grid references to be able to locate individual properties to their exact geographic location.
Over the past 20 years, we have worked with businesses in many industry sectors to provide highly accurate address location data to assist with logistics and highly accurate geographic planning and analysis.
There are three versions of this product to choose from:
AddressBase
The entry-level location dataset, AddressBase adds a geographical location for each of the 28 million records in Royal Mail’s postal address file (PAF).
AddressBase Plus
Adds 6 million more addresses to those contained in AddressBase, plus a greater level of detail. Contains multiple residency information such as when a house is divided into six flats.
AddressBase Premium
Contains approximately 40 million records by showing you where new homes or offices are going to be built and includes historical addresses It also includes alternative addresses; for example, the owners of 6 Acacia Avenue may call their house Hillcrest so you can ensure customer satisfaction by using the alternative property name in correspondence whilst avoiding duplicate records within your own data.

AddressBase products have been widely used in applications for property and asset management, insurance risk analysis and emergency response systems
Licensing
AddressBase products are licensed on an annual basis according to the number of PCs the data is used upon within an organisation and the geographic area you need to cover. We have provided indicative costs above for each product based on full Great Britain coverage - to get prices for smaller areas and for use on more than one PC please contact us.
